This policy explains what information Tree Crown Studio collects through this website, why, and how it is handled. The site is a single page with a contact form. There are no accounts, no logins, and no online payments.
What we collect
When you send a message through the contact form, we receive the details you choose to enter: your first name, your email address, and your message. We collect nothing else through the form.
Our analytics are privacy first and do not use cookies or track you across other sites. They record aggregate, anonymous visit data such as page views and rough country, never anything that identifies you.
How we use it
We use the details you submit only to read and reply to your message. We do not sell, rent, or share your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your asking.
Services that help run the site
- Google Workspace. Contact form messages are delivered to our inbox through Google. Google processes the message in transit as our email provider.
- Cloudflare Turnstile. A privacy friendly check that confirms you are a person and not a bot. It helps us block spam and abuse of the form.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cookieless, aggregate visit measurement. No personal profile is built.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The only browser storage used is a short lived technical token from our host that helps tell real visitors apart from bots.
How long we keep it
Form messages live in our email inbox and are kept only as long as needed to help you, then deleted on a routine basis. Aggregate analytics carry no personal data and are retained in summary form.
Your choices
